Meet The Founder

My name is Alexis, and I’m the founder of Hustle 4 Girls.

I grew up in Philadelphia and was always the person friends came to for advice. Even at a young age, I felt drawn to listen, support, and uplift others. I’ve always had a deep passion for psychology, social justice, and helping people navigate life’s challenges — especially young women.

While I had guidance in my life, I know what it’s like to need a space outside of home to ask hard questions, express emotions, and feel heard. Like many girls, I didn’t always feel comfortable going to my mom out of fear of how she might react — not because she didn’t care, but because I wasn’t sure how to open up.

That’s why I started Hustle 4 Girls — to create the kind of safe, open space I know so many girls need. A place where they can connect, learn, and grow surrounded by mentors and peers who truly understand them.

This isn’t just a program. It’s a sisterhood — built on trust, love, and real support.

More Than A Program- A Sisterhood

Hustle 4 Girls is more than an organization — it’s a community, a safe space, and a sisterhood for teen girls in Philadelphia. We empower young women to grow into confident, capable leaders through mentorship, education, and support that meets them where they are.

What We Believe

  • Every girl deserves to feel seen, heard, and safe

  • Mentorship should feel like talking to a big sister — not a lecture

  • Emotional wellness is just as important as education

  • Girls thrive in community, not isolation

  • When we uplift one, we uplift all
